Great value, free parking, dated... Liked: Great value for San Francisco with free parking. Disliked: Facilities are dated.
Disappointing
Good location, friendly staff, facilities... Liked: Staff was wonderful, very friendly and helpful. It is in a good location, near bus stops, and the neighborhood felt very safe. We appreciated the free parking. Overall, it was a good price. Just a shame that they don't fix things that are broken. Disliked: The hotel is very run down and many things were broken. There is no microwave in the room. There is one in the lobby that is available to use, but the lobby doesn't open until 9 am, so not a lot of help for breakfast.
